1- Graphic Design
Flexo is the first stage before printing. In recent years, graphic design has an important place in product promotion strategy. Graphic designers experienced in flexo printing focus on creating designs that grab the attention of the consumer. Moreover, they provide the necessary support in line with customer demands. After the design approval, the reproduction department starts the process of preparing the clichés.
2- Extrusion
Granular raw material melts with heat. It passes through a die by pressure to shape it. This process called extrusion, and the machine that performs this process called an extruder. Then, the resulting film cools, and the desired material formed. HDPE-LDPE-MDPE film between 20 microns and 200 microns can drawn in the extruder machine of the company in line with the customers' demands.
3- Flexo Printing
Flexo printing technology transfers paint to the cliché protrusions prepared in the graphic shop after the excess ink taken from the paint reservoir of the anilox ceramic rollers scraped with the knives. It transfers this paint, which taken on the cliché roller, to the film. Flexo printing technology makes it possible to print on PE films, which are more flexible than paper OPP polyester or CPP.
4- Lamination
Lamination is the joining of two or more films utilizing adhesive by applying heat and pressure. Thanks to the lamination, the contact of the ink with the product can be prevented with intermediate printing, and also the oxygen permeability and light transmittance can be reduced.
5- Cutting Slitting
Cutting, slitting, and bag-making processes are the stages where the bobbins, printed, and laminated products are finalized according to customer requests. Roll films and bags packed and ready for shipment. Keskin Plastic also has a machine park that works with high technology and speeds and varies according to product types.
