On the other hand, they located another facility on 18 decares in Karabük Organized Industrial Zone.

Daily manufacturing capacity of 60,000 pairs of P.U injections, 40,000 pairs of special sponges, 35,000 pairs of E.V.A, P.E., and felt insoles, and lining fabrics. Meanwhile, they are using latex lamination, flame lamination, and film lamination techniques. For further, the company integrates its manufacturing facilities and carries out all processes required for the insole inside its own structure. Akform quality control procedures subjects for all operations, from the design stage through the mold manufacturing, lamination process, the shaping process needed by the product, manufacture of the product labels, application of the insole, and all raw materials used.
