Ipragaz is turkey's leading bottled gas producer. It was first established in 1961 under the name Eureka Metal. They launched Turkey's first bottle filling plant in Kocaeli. They later renamed it Ipragaz Inc. in 1966. Likewise, in 1973, it launched its first large tank bulk gas service. In 1996, it opened Turkey's first licensed autogas station.

Bottled gas producer Ipragaz has merged with Dutch SHV Energy, one of the giant companies in its sector. Meanwhile, SHV Energy, which has over 15,000 employees, is the world's largest LPG company. Moreover, Ipragaz, the leader of the energy sector in Turkey, is the leader of the LPG sector with more than 60 years of experience.

Ipragaz is a corporate company with many regional sales directorates, field offices, LPG filling facilities, tube production facilities throughout Turkey. In addition, it continues its activities in many fields from LPG to LNG, electricity to fuel. Moreover, Evas Tüp exports bottles to over 70 countries with its bottle factory.
