Plast Plastic is a Turkish plastics manufacturer.  H PLAST was founded in Bursa in 2011 to produce spare parts for the automotive industry. It produces TPU & Elastomer injection, plastic injection, Metal – bearing – plastic composite parts. In 2014, SH Plast Metal Plastik San Tic Ltd Şti acquired its corporate identity. SH Plast has achieved growth in machine track and experienced personnel and has provided OEM cooperation. The company is engaged in prototype parts production and subcontracting in the sector. Thanks to the importance and meticulousness they give to R&D studies, quality, environment and occupational safety, it has achieved growth in its industry in a short time.
Thermoplastic materials are produced using the plastic injection moulding method. The hardness ratios of the products are Shore A 60 – 95 / Shore D 32 – 60. Raw materials such as Pom, PA6, PA66, PA and PP, PC, PS, ABS, PE are produced by plastic injection.
Metal parts and bearings are inserted into the mould. Then, plastic is made by injection moulding on them. SH PLAST METAL PLASTIK company divided its services into two separate sections.

1- Prototype Parts Production:
In this section, customer demand is primarily examined. When necessary, a technical drawing is drawn following the customer request, and then the prototype material is printed from the 3D printing machine. When customer approval is received, the mould of the prototype part is made. In the meantime, the raw material of the desired part is supplied. After the first sample is shared with the customer and its approval, they start mass production.
2-Subcontracting Process:
In this section, the technical drawing or sample piece from the customer is examined. The mould design of the part to be produced is done. Then the prototype pattern is designed. If there is no raw material for the part to be manufactured, it is provided at this stage. Approval is obtained from the customer for the first sample produced. When the consent is given, mass production of the part is started.
