And in 2007, it established Özay Plise İnşaat İç ve Dış Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi in order to move forward to become a corporate company in the sector. Production

At the same time, it produced the first and only plisse fly screen produced with pvc profiles in the world. In 2011, it sold an average of 2,500-3,000 monthly units of this product, and at the end of the year, it also manufactured the product from aluminum raw material. It is the first plisse mosquito net system produced only from frame and wing profiles, which is also a first. And after the 2012 Door and Window Fair; it has given manufacturer and dealer dealerships to various points of Turkey. It established 4,400 sales points in Turkey and increased its daily plisse production capacity to 355 as of 2012.

In addition, it has eliminated stock and product delivery problems by producing 38 products, all of which are patented, in its factory. As of July 2012, it started to manufacture plisse tulle; which is the most important product that creates plisse mosquito nets. Özay produces an average of 5,800 m2 of plisse tulle per day and has the highest production capacity in the plisse mosquito net market as of 2013. Further, it is the only mosquito net factory that produces with 100% domestic capital without being dependent on foreign sources. The raw material enters as dust in the 1200 m2 mosquito net factory in total. Moreover, it is presented to the whole world as mosquito nets.
