Gülsan is Turkey's leading jam and tahini manufacturer. Founded in Kayseri in 1948, the company first entered the sector with the production of rock candy and confectionery products. At the same time, it established a joint-stock company in 1985, which became the first steam-producing company in Anatolia.

In addition, it buys fresh fruit from Meybuz and starts producing jam with fresh fruit instead of fruit dried used conventionally in jam production. On the other hand, for the use of quality fruits in jams, it has representatives in the fields of fruit production. Then it began the production of picnic-type jam. Besides, after acquiring the Nevbağ company, it started to produce vinegar.

Jam and tahini manufacturer Gülsan employs 300 people. On the other hand, it has over 100 dealers across the country. At the same time, it exports to over 60 countries in its facility, which it has established in an area of 24.000 m2. In particular, it exports fruit juice to countries such as Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia.
