In 1980, it started to produce services in the field of machining in small businesses. In 1984, it started to provide services to the automotive main industries as a sub-industry. When its existing buildings started to become inadequate, it moved to its modern factory, which was completed in Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone in 1995. Thus, besides machining, it formed the sheet metal forming and mould manufacturing department.

The organization, which closely follows the development of the automotive industry in the world and Turkey, built a new factory in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone in 2001 in line with its foresight. With the construction of the factory, it invested in large tonnage and wide-plate presses in order to produce larger and complete sheet metal parts. In this context, to produce large-size moulds, the mould department has been reinforced with state-of-the-art large table benches.

Şahince is one of the largest sub-industry companies producing approximately 1000 references for the automotive industry in its factory with a closed area of ​​13.000². It exports some of its production. It also makes a serious contribution to the country's economy.
