Güntaş is a yarn manufacturer in Turkiye. Established in 1982, Güntaş A.Ş. is the oldest and most well-established private industrial establishment in Malatya. Production

Today, Güntaş has a daily production capacity of 60.000 kg of Carded Ring, Combed Ring and Combed Compact yarn in its 90.000 spindle facilities. Furthermore, 500 people work at various stages of its production. With the principle of not compromising on the quality in its factories, it carries out production with state-of-the-art machines such as Rieter (Switzerland), and Murata (Japan), which are leaders in their fields. “Total quality” is the primary target at Güntaş. By adding advanced technology and a qualified workforce to the highest quality raw materials obtained from the Turkish and world markets, trouble-free products sought in the markets are obtained.

It uses qualified raw materials, produces the yarns regularly and checks its products at every stage of production with state-of-the-art laboratory testing machines (Uster HVI1000, Uster Afis Pro 2, Uster Tester 5). It carries out foreign fiber control in the raw material with ULTRAVIOLE rays and LOPTEX foreign fiber separator machines. Besides, it controls yarns in the bobbin stage with the USTER Quantum 4 and Loepfe Yarnmaster Prisma system.
