Both companies are among the pioneers and leading companies of nonwoven technology in Turkiye. The companies provide sub-industry services with a monthly capacity of 2500 tons in bedding, furniture, home textiles, apparel, automotive, white goods, insulation, construction, filters, artificial leather, shoes, hygiene, and medical fields. Çatalca facilities of Salteks are built on a total area of ​​17.000 m2, while Salvin's Çorlu foundations facilities are built on a total area of ​​50.000 m2.

It is the only company in Turkiye that has the right to manufacture wadding in accordance with the quality specifications set by Dacron® for Dacron® licensors producing pillows, duvets, mattresses, and sitting groups. It distributes non-process products such as Climarelle® lining and Conforel® bead fiber to Dacron® licensors.
