Erka Kumaşçılık produces cotton, polyester, linen, viscose, and blended fabrics based on these fibers for the entire ready-to-wear industry. In Bursa Demirtaş OSB, with a closed area of ​​5000 mt², in its facility operating at full capacity and efficiency, approximately 1,500,000 mt of raw fabric is produced per month. Among the fabrics produced in the company, there are shirting, trousers, and other outerwear qualities. Raw fabrics of different constructions produced in Bursa weaving facility are offered for sale after dyeing and finishing processes in the facility with a closed area of ​​16000 mt² located within the borders of Çerkezköy OSB, which is also a subsidiary of the company.

All woven fabrics produced in the facility are subjected to dye finishing processes with pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing processes at today's high standards are in line with the wishes of the customers. With the additional machinery investments made since 2017, on-site energy recycling projects, machine/equipment revisions, and investment in a laboratory equipped with high-level equipment, it is one of the few businesses that can finish fabrics between 60 gr/m2 and 600 gr/m2 in its region today.
