Sultans is a Turkish delight producer. Sultans International Food Industry was established in 2003 in Samsun. It continues production and sends 98% of the production to England, 2% to other European Countries, and Australia.

Quality of the Turkish Delight Producer

It has completed all infrastructure investments stipulated by the BRC quality system before it goes into production. The most recent inspection was carried out according to the BRC 7th Revision and achieved an A++ rating according to the new rating.

The Turkish delight producer is open to inspections of all customers except for BRC inspection.

In accordance with the BRC Quality System, it works with suppliers who can issue analysis certificates on a lot basis for all inputs.

Production

For Turkish delight cooking, pre-cooking recipe components sugar, starch, and water are prepared as cold mixes by means of an automatic recipe system. This cold mixture is passed through a specially designed magnetic filter before cooking, preventing possible metal contamination.

There is a metal detector at the exit of all chocolate coating production lines and simple Turkish delight packaging lines. These metal detectors are checked by the relevant technical service every year. In case of a negative test result every hour per the BRC Quality System, all products belonging to the last 1 hour are quarantined.

Food Quality

• In line with the demands of its customers, the UK's largest chain markets, all the inputs used in the production meet specific standards and can be recommended by them as "Approved Suppliers."
• The Turkish delight producer supplies all its raw materials (Non-GMO) as Unmodified Genetically.
• As required by the BRC Quality system, it only works with packaging companies with the BRC-IOP Quality System.
• It has also passed the Ethical Trading "Social Responsibility" audit.
