Alfa Advanced Technology Defense and Aviation is a defense spare parts manufacturer in Turkey. ALFATEC started its machining activities in the aviation, defense, and energy sectors with the establishment of the first CNC machine on its campus in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone in 2009. Alfatec carries out its activities in its facilities with a closed area of 1300 m2 and an open area of ​​4700 m2 in its campus located within 11.500 m2 of the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone.

Alfatec continues its services in the production of complete parts from technical drawings. Among his abilities; are solid model design, fixture design and manufacturing, special cutting tool and apparatus design and manufacturing, engineering solutions, quality management system applications, and quality control in the light of the AS9100 certificate.

Since its establishment, Alfatec has cooperated as a solution partner in new projects with leading companies such as TEI and TAI that shape the aviation industry in the country. Working within the framework of the policy of continuous improvement of its capacity and capabilities, Alfatec can perform 60,000 hours of precision machining annually as of 2019. With its expert staff in its branches, it can perform CNC (vertical and horizontal) turning operations with a precision of 0.005mm in 1350mm diameter and 1100mm length, as well as 4-axis CNC milling and drilling operations of 2060mm long, 1560mm wide and 780mm high parts with 0.005mm precision.

Supporting the importance it attaches to quality with its investments in the field of quality control and quality management systems, ALFATEC has a computer-controlled "CMM" measuring machine that enables the measurement of parts 1500mm long, 1000mm wide and 800mm high with very high precision (0.002mm). It also has a "Profile Projector" machine, which is especially used for Radius and Chamfer measurements. In addition, it maintains its quality management systems effectively and has the AS9100 quality certificate, which is an important competency document in the aviation industry. In 2018, it was NADCAP approved for precision turning in line with TEI's request. It can process most materials used in the aviation industry. These include materials such as Inconel 718 and its derivatives, Titanium alloys, Waspaloy, and Rene.
