It was established by Balkan immigrant Yusuf Tosun in 1961 as a small family business to meet the demand for quality cones needed in the developing ice cream industry. To meet the increasing demand for its products, TO-KA made its first fully automatic ice cream cone machine investment in 1978.

•  In 2005, it increased its annual production capacity with two high-capacity cone machines. In 2013, the cone producer in Turkiye continued its investments with a high-capacity winding cornet line. New Machines were added to the ice cream cone line in the enterprise, and the indoor area capacity was increased to 3500 M2 in 2016. The annual production capacity was increased with the high-capacity cone machine in 2018.

• Since its establishment, TO-KA has adopted the principle of producing the highest quality ice cream cones in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex for its valued customers and final consumers by closely following the developing production technologies and food standards. At this stage, it was moved to its factory in İstanbul / Avcılar, which was specially designed and built for the production of cones in 2002 in order to better apply the quality, standard, hygiene, and sanitation rules in production, adhering to the principle of continuous improvement.
