Erpiliç - Food Company In Turkey

Erpiliç is a food company in Turkey. Erpiliç started the production process with 200 chicks in 1969 and founded the Er Chick Company in 1994. In 1995, the company took the first steps of integration by establishing ER Feed Industry. In the following years, it divided the products into a delicatessen and ready-made food and developed new products. There are currently 2300 employees, 1300 manufacturers, and 70 dealers. In 2007, it increased by 16% and increased its cutting capacity. Erpiliç integrated production facilities have a daily capacity of 330 thousand broilers in a closed area of 150 thousand m2.

Erpiliç provides 15% of chicken meat production in Turkey and is one of the largest 500 industrial enterprises with production capacity. It carries out the organs of fresh or frozen chicken meat and products (whole chicken, piece chicken, burger, doner, meatball, ham, salami, sausage, sausage, further processed products) its production, packaging, and shipment. In "ERPILIÇ" facilities, which desire healthy and balanced nutrition of its consumers, hygienic and Islamic slaughter is performed and its products are grouped as whole chicken, piece products, delicatessen products, tanned products, offal, and processed products.
