Emsa is a generator manufacturer in Turkiye. It relocated its environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art factory to the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone at the end of 2015 to meet the demands of the growing generator market both domestically and internationally. In addition to the headquarters building in Istanbul, where 90 people are currently employed, a team of 65 knowledgeable, experienced, and dynamic blue-collar personnel, along with effective engineers in the field of R&D and production, operate in the 30,000 m2 Emsa Generator factory in Sancaktepe.

Certified Quality of the Emsa

Emsa Generator conducts all production activities in compliance with TSE and ISO criteria, as well as environmental and occupational health laws and principles. The company places special importance on R&D and continues to invest in new production facilities to enhance efficiency, including new test rooms and a conveyor system. The automated test units in the new production facilities are the most advanced in Turkey, equipped with 3,200 kW generator test counters, allowing testing of up to 5 generators simultaneously.

Prioritizing product quality and timely delivery, Emsa Generator automatically tests its generators in the Eskişehir factory using PLC-controlled automatic SCADA units. Furthermore, the new factory has four loading ramps and the capacity to load in four different locations with forklifts of various power, providing logistical advantages and facilitating quick and flexible shipments.
