Ergünler - Machining Company

Ergünler is a machining company founded in 2007. The company operates in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone in order to meet the needs arising from the production of Gas Stoves and Ovens. The Machining Department produces parts related to machining.

Facility

It consists of four main sections: Machining, Anagas Pipeline, Aluminum Pipeline, and Assembly Line.

Machining Department:

In this department, aluminum and zamak parts are produced using processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and threading on CNC and Universal machines. Cleaning of the parts with deburring machines, sandblasting with sandblasting machines, and polishing of the parts with vibrating machines are also carried out in this department.

Anagas Pipeline:

Anagas distribution pipes of furnaces and furnaces are made ready for installation by undergoing operations such as cutting, drilling, threading, blowing, forming, bending, and welding.

Aluminum Pipeline:

Aluminum pipes required for gas distribution are assembled into gas mixture pools after inflation and forming operations and shipped to the assembly line.

Assembly Line:

Valves are mounted on main gas distribution pipes. The prepared Aluminum Pipe and Gas Mixture Pool Group is formed into shapes suitable for various stove and oven groups and mounted on valves. The assembled groups are checked on the ATEQ Leak Test Device and made ready for shipment.
