Operating since 1960, ILPEA Group operates in 13 countries around the world, with 34 factories and 1,800 customers, in 3 main sectors: white goods, automotive, and construction. INDUSTRIE ILPEA SpA, the founding parent company of Italian origin. It is located in Varese, near Milan. With the acquisition of Holmes Group in 2001, ILPEA INDUSTRIES in the USA, which is also a group company, currently serves its customers with 9 factories.

ILPEA PLASTİK-TR, a 100% subsidiary of the ILPEA Group, has been manufacturing in its facilities in Çorlu since August 2004. The Manisa factory, which is the 2nd factory in Turkey, started operating in August 2008, and the Eskişehir factory, which is the 3rd factory, started operating in June 2013.

ILPEA specializes in plastic, rubber, and magnetic extrusion and injection products. It is the world leader in products such as all kinds of refrigerator door gaskets and magnetic compounds. In addition, extrusion profiles with high technical features (e.g. metal reinforced or folie-coated, adhesive tape, etc.) that fulfill various functions used in refrigerators and automotive industries, and washing machine drum bellows are among the products in which ILPEA is the regional leader. It is among the leading manufacturers in Europe of thermal insulation barriers, shower cabin profiles, and various coextrusion profiles used in aluminum facade systems.

ILPEA offers almost all its products to the market within the scope of "codesigner" and "Full-service supplier", that is, including design, mold manufacturing, production, sales, and after-sales services.
