Yardımcı Agriculture was established in 1993 in Eskişehir's Sivrihisar district under the name Yardımcı Tarım Ürünleri and started its commercial activities by buying and selling high volume grains. In January 2009, in addition to trading agricultural products, it also stepped into the food sector.
