Ahmet İpek Soujouk is a food producer in Turkey. Founded by Hacı İsmail Arsoy, the company started its operations in 1920 in the Afyon province of Turkey. Hacı İsmail Arsoy, who has become one of the prominent names of the livestock and butchery community, has grown the business in a short time and has made Ahmet İpek Soujouk a well-known quality brand. Later, Hacı İsmail Arsoy transferred the flavor formula to Hacı Kemal Arsoy in the early 1950s.
Having dominated the sector with an experience of over a century, Ahmet İpek Soujouk preserves its old taste and quality like the first day. Hacı Kemal Arsoy also continued to the production activities without compromising taste, hygiene, and quality. Ahmet İpek Soujouk acquired the first integrated meat plant in Afyon Organized Industrial Zone with a total area of 28.000 m2, including 12.000 m2 closed and 16.000 m2 open area, in 1985. This integrated meat facility is also the first integrated facility of Afyon and also the first factory of OIZ.
Operating under the leadership of Ahmet Arsoy, Ahmet İpek Soujouk has significantly expanded its field of activity over time. The process started with retail production has reached a production capacity expressed in tons today. Ahmet Ipek Soujouk, which started primarily with soujouk production, soon added salami, sausage, pastrami, and roasting to its production and started to produce healthy, safe, and delicious products as a fully integrated plant. Apart from these products, the company also produces dry meat, smoked meat, and rotary.
Ahmet Ipek Soujouk, which has become one of the leading companies in Turkey's soujouk sector, started to produce in a wider area with its new facility founded in 2015. The company has established a new meat processing plant with state-of-the-art machine equipment in accordance with EU standards cleaning and hygiene conditions, including a closed area of 10.000 m2. Today, the company has a daily capacity of 30 tons of advanced processed meat and 15 tons of processed meat.
Ahmet İpek Soujouk crowned the soujouk obtained from the animals raised in the fattening farms with many quality certificates. It has various certificates from Halal Certificate to IFS Food certificate, from ISO 14001 to ISO 9001, and many others. With more than 100 years of experience, Ahmet İpek Soujouk is a well-established food producer in Turkey today.
