Peraru; it takes its name and inspiration from the Pera region of Istanbul. While Pera region, that is Grand Rue de Pera, hosted the city's firsts and introduced Istanbul to pastry culture and chocolate; in Peraru introduces you to 'Bean to Bar' chocolate with its original flavors.
It produces its chocolates in Peraru with the minimum ingredients possible, using only organic cocoa beans and sugar. It does not use additional cocoa butter or additives.
