Polonez Soujouk is a processed meat producer in Turkey. Polonez Soujouk established in 1986 to bring Turkish consumers together with high quality and delicious products in processed meat products. By focusing on the investments made in quality in the 2000s, they established auto-control laboratories that conduct microbiological and chemical analyses. As a result of the assets in the field of quality in 2005, it ensured traceability at all stages of production. Thus, it enabled the traceability of all production stages, from the final product to the raw material. In 2021, to accelerate the current growth of Polonez, Siniora Food and Manufacturing PLC acquired Polonez with primary shareholder rights.
By producing in its facilities in Çatalca, Istanbul, it brings consumers together with an unchanged taste for 30 years. It makes hygienic, quality and delicious products in line with modern technological developments in its facilities. Moreover, only veal, turkey, and chicken meats can meet Polonez quality criteria and halal slaughter standards used in production.
They supply all types of meat used in production under the control of veterinarians. All raw materials (beef carcass meat, spices, etc.) provided without the slightest compromise from Polonez standards included in production after being controlled in modern quality control laboratories.
