Starting with a halva shop in Denizli province of Turkey at the beginning of the 1900s, the company's adventure is still existed today. In the later years of its establishment, the company took its current name when Halil İbrahim Adil Dindar, who continues his father's profession, opened a shop in the Koska district of Istanbul in 1931.
