Production of The Yarn and Fabric Manufacturer

Yarn

Production capacity per day is 17.000 kg consisting of 10.000 kg combed cotton and 7.000 kg carded. Besides, the spinning factory is one of the biggest organic yarn and fabric manufacturer in Turkey.

Knitting

The production capacity of 63 different types of circular knitting machines is 20 tons/day.

Dye House

Any knitted fabric made of cotton, viscose, bamboo, polyester, nylon and a mixture of all these fabrics can be dyed based on 20 ton/day practically. Then, thanks to dying HT machines, with efficient capacity, capable of loading up to 10-1500 kg in the fabric dyeing department. It is possible to sufficiently achieve the dyeing process.
