It also performs inspections of the production unit and sub-workshops for the sustainability of quality.

It is the unit responsible for the organisation of the confectionery production, which is the primary operating area of ​​the company. This department plans that the production processes will be carried out within the specified quality and organisation standards framework. While providing standardisation in products, it realises the most efficient distribution of intermediate products among production units. Thus, it plans to make the production under the environment and the health conditions of the employees. In addition, it accepts fast and high-quality products as its primary motivation.
