Dempa is a Turkish dry legumes manufacturer. Dempa Food started its operations in 2002. It manufactures on a 13.000 m2 closed area on 24.500 m2 in Gaziantep 3rd Organized Industrial Zone. It began to produce bulgur with the giant modern machines of the time. The company has been sensitive to quality since the day it started its operations. This sensitivity is reflected from its packaging to its product, from its employees to its marketing logic. Besides, it has ensured that it acts in line with the principle of customer satisfaction at every stage of production. The company enlarged its production facility with 10.000 m2 free space and 3.000 m2 closed area by making new investments. The machine revisions made in its facility increased its daily production capacity from 120,000 kg in 2003 to 180,000 kilograms. In addition, 60% of its products are offered for export. The new food packaging communiqué can automatically produce 1 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg op and polyethene packages. In addition to this, it also markets products in 25 kg and 50 kg packages.
