Yarn Twist

It produces Ne28, and Ne40 Pes-Vis-Ea blended yarns on Two-For-One twisting machines in its production area in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone. It twists with and also without elastane, with an average capacity of 65,000 kg/month.

Weaving

It has a production capacity of 500,000 meters/month with the services it receives from its partner companies. It also has high quality and fast production capability.

Dyehouse

The department, which started its operations in 2011, has an average monthly production capacity of 1,300,000 meters. Pes-Vis-Ea blended, and Pes-Cot-Ea blended fabrics make products with burning, washing, finishing, raising, scissors, bowl, sanforizing, steaming, calender, padbatch, and also jet dyeing processes.

Warping Preparation

It can provide fast service for weaving production with its conical warp and sample warp preparation department. If necessary, it also receives serial warping services from partner companies.

Pattern Design

It is the department where design and pattern creation, which is the first stage of collection preparation, is carried out, product development, and customer demands are met. In stencil machines, designers make hand stencils and also create technical cards.
