About the Company

Katsan is a confectionery manufacturer company in Turkey. Abdullah Topçuol and his sons founded the company, Katsan Food Industry and Trade Ltd. Sti., in 1988. Abdullah Topçuol, who began his profession in 1947, is one of our country's oldest pastry chefs. The firm has shown itself in a short period of time via the improvements it has introduced to this area, owing to its extensive expertise and experience in the pastry industry.
