Ur-Sa is an agricultural packaging manufacturer. It started its activities in 1979. During the 30 years since its establishment, it has closely followed technological developments. Thus, it has always managed to keep the quality standards at the highest level. It is one of the deep-rooted integrated production facilities of our country. History

In 1979, it started its production life by making its first investment in the plastics sector with the production of the flat canvas. Continuing its assets in the following years, it established the first extruder line in 1984 and then launched the Sulzer production line in 1985. It has focused on the production of woven fabric made of polypropylene yarn. Right after its weaving investments, it found new technology hose-sack weaving production lines in 1986.

In the following years, additional investments made in all production lines every year, increasing capacity.

In 1996, the pipe-sack weaving capacity was renewed, equipped with more advanced technology, in line with the developing technologies, and their numbers were increased.

The lamination line renewed as required by high technology in 2000. It also added new production lines.

Moreover, it continues to grow with new investments. In 2002, it made new apparel and roll printing investments. In 2004, it added Lenzing and Raschel weaving tapes to its current production capacity and implemented new lamination lines in 2006. Finally, in 2007, it made investments in monofilament raschel weaving and extruder lines.
