Akkon Steel 

Akkon Steel is a group of companies founded by the Şimşek family in 1971. The group companies; Until 2016, they developed construction contracting, international contracting, industrial construction systems manufacturing and real estate development projects, produced their components and implemented them on site. In addition, it has carried out marketing, sales and customer relations management for the real estate investments it developed within its own structure.

It has become the only contracting structure in Turkey with a high-tech industrial facility that can produce building frames. It has become the only structure that creates living spaces by applying its designs and productions in its own investment projects and generates income from their sales.

Akkon Steel  has an annual industrial production capacity of 10,000 houses with its facility, which is the first and largest in Turkey and among the top 3 facilities in Europe (55,000 tons of light steel construction system production per year with 6000 m2 closed area on 24,000 m2 land in Çerkezköy OSB). Akşan Construction and Akkon Steel have created more than 2 million square meters of project, production and application experience in Turkey and abroad between 2001-2016.

As of 2015, by transferring this accumulation gained together with solution partners to local partners to be positioned nationally and internationally, it is transforming its business model in a way that will provide service with its new structure in order to reach a housing acquisition system like in developed countries.
