History

It has continued its production in its facilities in the Ümraniye Taşdelen region for many years. Özşahin, whose daily rubber dough production capacity has reached 40,000 kg, has added boot claw plates, light neoliths, EVA plates, and heel covers to its product range.

It has increased the daily capacity of thermo granule production, which it started to produce in 2000 and used in the production of shoe soles, electrical cables, window profiles, pipes, and gaskets, to 30,000 kg. Özşahin markets this product to the world under the brand Termogran®.

Since 2003, Özşahin has gathered all its manufacturing and trade units together in its facilities with a closed area of ​​20,000 m2 in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.

In 2010, it started the production of cross-linkable plastics such as rubbers. XLPE® materials called Crosslink polyethylene are used in cable manufacturing, hot water pipes, and high-quality liquid tanks.
