Artisan breads are made with completely natural and additive-free whole wheat, wheat and rye flours using Sourdough. Rock salt and water with a high pH level are used in its production. Doughs made with naturally made sourdough are subjected to a cold and long fermentation. The time between the start of bread production and the time it comes out of the oven is approximately 32 hours. Therefore, its structure is more complex and more delicious.
