Beymen is a clothing company in Turkey. It was founded by Osman Boyner in 1971 as one of Turkey's ready-made clothing brands. Behind the success story Beymen wrote in Turkey lies a family business experience of more than two hundred years. Beymen stepped into the ready-to-wear sector in 1969, with the deep-rooted legacy of the Boyner family's placing textiles at the center of life as a business for generations. And it opened its first store in Istanbul in 1971, in Şişli, the most prestigious shopping district of those years. The men's collection attracted great attention. Then, Beymen launched the women's collection and the Beymen Club brand in 1985. It brought a different breath to the 'casual' clothing approach.
Breaking new ground in 1987, it created a revolution in the sector by implementing the concept of "Unconditional Customer Happiness" at a time when there was no consumer protection law in Turkey and consumer rights were not mentioned. Luxury fashion retailing in Turkey started with Beymen. In the early 1990s, Beymen brought together many world-famous luxury fashion brands under the same roof, bringing another important innovation to life. In 2003, it introduced the concept of boutique luxury merchandising to Turkey by putting the 3,500 square meter Beymen Nişantaşı store into service.
Beymen has sub-brands called Beymen Multibrand Stores, Beymen Club, Beymen Blender and Beymen Shu. Moreover, it has 42 stores across Turkey as of 2020. With its Beymen Zorlu Center store opened in September 2013, it has become Turkey's largest fashion store with an area of 10,000 square meters. It also hosts the “Morini” restaurant inside the store with its well-known Michelin award-winning chef. Many brands such as Dior, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Celine, Stella McCartney, Dolce&Gabbana are only sold in Beymen stores in Turkey. The monobrand concept offers comfortable and stylish lifestyle collections for Beymen men and women. And it appeals to the accessible luxury market with Beymen Club. The store openings of the Beymen Club brand has been following an important development trend since 2010. Furthermore, it accelerated and the total number of Beymen Club stores increased from 21 to 44 at the end of 2017.
