Çms Tekstil  is a textile company in Turkey. Balsuyu Mensucat San and Tic AŞ was founded in 1989 in Kahramanmaraş. It is one of the leading companies in the sector with Ring cotton yarns ( carded-combed-compact) and open-End melange, blended, dyed acrylic yarns.

Balsuyu companies produce in an area of 155,000 square meters with a working team of 1,100 people.  While there are synthetic and melange mixtures in Balsuyu Mensucat open-end facility, there are cotton and viscose in the open-end facility in ÇMS.  The fabrics produced in tube and open width in the knitting facility are bleached in the knitting dyehouse. After dyeing, finishing operations such as raising and carbon brush are made and shipped to the customers.
