History of The Fabric Manufacturer in Turkey

The foundation of the fabric manufacturer is based on a 700-year long history coming from the weaving culture of the Babadağ district of Denizli. Dok-San family traded linen and yarn raw materials to the domestic market before converting to conventional production. Fabric manufacturing started in 1988.

It started to export in 1990. In the following years, it increased its production amount and sales, especially its exports, by making continuous investments.

In 2011-2012, by investing in new technologies in the textile finishing sector, it started the dye-printing finishing business. Thus, the fabric manufacturer factory is fully integrated with all departments, except for yarn production.

Cleaner Production

It manufactures within the scope of the ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) Program, in which Greenpeace is the pioneer and supplier of the brands. It works to achieve the targeted values ​​until 2020. In this context, its goals are;

• To control the chemicals used
• Preventing the priority banned chemicals from occurring in production processes
• Finally, it prevents these banned chemicals in the finished product, wastewater, sludge and flue gas emissions.

Production

Weaving

It has 45 new technology weaving machines, 24 of which are dobby and 21 jacquard weaving machines. It produces 10 tons per day. All of the fabrics used in the apparel department is made in the weaving department. Apart from this, it also provides weaving services to other companies.

Knitting

With the machines it has, it produce many different knitting varieties in the field of knitted fabrics. It makes 7 tons per day with 25 devices.

Paint

The dyeing department consists of two sections, fabric and coil dye. It provides a total of 23 tons of painting service per day.
