Durukan Şekerleme is a confectionery producer. It was founded by Uğur Durukan and has been continuing its activities since 1976. The company started as a distributor, wholesaler, and supermarket owner in the first period of the year it was founded. Later, it decided to move on with confectionery production. Durukan Şekerleme started producing sugar with the vision of growing its business. It has been continuing these activities since 1993. The company first started to produce lollipops under the ''Durukan'' brand in the domestic market. Afterward, it has grown significantly with exportations it realized. In 2003, as a result of the agreement with PepsiCo-Frito Lay company, it became the only supplier of ''Rocco'' branded lollipops. Durukan Şekerleme aims to produce its products with high quality and low price. For this reason, it has become a brand frequently preferred by consumers.
