It also produces 1,000 kg of Onion rings, 1,500 kg of croquettes, and 2,000 kg of Burgers per hour.

Sanpa has created a different sector in Turkey with its Bonfrit, Sanpa, Ship Shak, Pom pat, Sanpat, and Anatolya brands. On the other hand, it manufactures in production facilities in Istanbul, Afyon, Antalya with technology and hygiene standards in mind.

Research & Development

Frozen food producer Sanpa performs production stages such as washing, sorting-selection, scalding, ice cream, and packaging. First, they harvest technologically, quickly with modern harvesters. They then select and extract in the sorting band. Meanwhile, if necessary, they choppe, boil, or pre-fry the product. After that, they freeze in shock at -45 degrees. They then package and store in freezer rooms at -18 degrees.
