Operating in a 10,000m² area, including 5,000m² of enclosed space, its factory offers extensive manufacturing capabilities to provide customers with quality, durable, and innovative production services.

Hiltar Makina’s project starting with material analysis, involves the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment for the prepared process line based on the analysis results, creating turnkey facilities.

Manufacturing and Assembly

Hiltar Makina manufactures all machinery and equipment for the project in our factory, providing competitive services with quality manufacturing at every stage.

The manufactured machinery and equipment are transported to the field by experienced and professional teams, installed according to the flow chart, and brought to a stage where production can start within the specified timeframe.

Quality Control of Hiltar Makina

Every stage of manufacturing is monitored to ensure project compliance. Upon completion of manufacturing, the machinery and equipment undergo testing before assembly.
