İmamoğlu - Whole Wheat Producer

İmamoğlu is a whole wheat flour producer in Turkey. It is located in the Organized Industrial Zone located in the east of Eskişehir. It operates in the food sector and its main production is Wheat Flour. It is built on 10 acres of land. Nearly half of this land is available for new investments. There is a factory building, flour and bran warehouse, administration building, workshop, wheat silos, truck lifting platform, and factory garden on İmamoğlu's land.

Production Quality

Wheat silos can store 1000 tons of wheat and can transport this stock within the organization unmanned. Thanks to 2 vertical steel wheat silos of 2,500 tons and 2 units of 1000 tons, and a truck lifting platform and internal transport organs filling these silos, the wheat is stored and transported within the factory with minimum manpower and cost. At least 6 different types of wheat can be stored in high quantities in these warehouses.

The first checks of the raw materials purchased by the Purchasing Manager from the Eskişehir Commodity Exchange are carried out in the Commodity Exchange laboratory, and the relevant document is delivered to the company with each wheat shipment. The raw material, which is checked in the commodity exchange laboratory, is also analyzed in the İmamoğlu laboratory and taken into silos, taking these values into account. If the raw material coming from the producers complies with the Wheat Purchasing Specifications, it is purchased or rejected by the decision of the Purchasing Manager, after it is checked. Chemical analyses of the product are performed daily in our laboratory. Product reliability is ensured through microbiological analyses in a laboratory accredited by TÜRKAK at least twice a year.
