Irfan Plastik is a plastic manufacturer in Turkey. It was established in 1993 in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone with the mission of being a sub-industry in the automotive sector for the purpose of producing plastic injection molds and plastic injection parts. Moreover, it still continues its production activities with 60 employees in a closed area of ​​3,500 m2. Besides, it mainly serves the automotive, white goods and aviation sectors.

Services

• Firstly: Manufacturing and assembly of all kinds of plastic parts; with 20 plastic injection machines in the range of 100-380 tons.
• Secondly: Plastic injection, cutting, form and progressive mold design, production and, if desired, testing the adequacy of the molds; in their own facilities.
• Thirdly: Production of more than 2,500,000 parts per month in more than 350 types; with an annual capacity of 450 tons of plastic raw materials and 60,000 machine hours.

In addition, it adopted the ISO / TS 16949 Quality Management System created for the automotive industry in 2007. Further, it experienced the justified pride of being certified according to the ISO / TS 16949 Standard in April 2008.
