Iron Casting Company - Deniz Döküm

Deniz is a ductile iron casting company. In 1971, Mechanical Engineer Gültekin Güney started casting production in a workshop in Ankara with 2 workers.

Deniz Döküm moved to its own place in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone in 1977. In those years, only cast iron could be cast with the coal cupola furnace.

With its current monthly average casting capacity of 450 tons, steel (stainless, high manganese, low alloy, etc.), pig, ductile iron, aluminum, and copper alloys are cast in every special alloy requested by our customers in the country and abroad. Max. One piece weight we can cast is 5 tons.

For large orders, Deniz’s automatic molding line was commissioned in 2005. SINTO brand high pressure molding machine was imported from Germany for this line. It can make molds at 35 degrees per hour and its degree dimensions are 600 x 450 x 200 mm. Also from Germany, Eirich Brand imported an automatic humidity-controlled turbo mixer with a capacity of 10 t/h, thus ensuring the controlled mixing of molding sands.

In 2005, it decided to enter machining to process the molding line's grades in-house and to offer some of its castings as processed instead of raw. Currently, the company is a licensed user of Solidworks and Solidcam programs and manufactures all kinds of molds, models, and parts.

Besides these, metal cutting machines, hole drilling machines, etc. Machines required for machining are available. Deniz Döküm is constantly investing to respond to the increasing competition conditions and customer demands with our ISO 9001 quality certificate.
