İtimat Süt is a milk and dairy products manufacturer in Turkey. It was established in 1949 in Iznik. With their investments in 1993 and 1996, they transformed from a small scale manufacturer to a large company. The first product offered by the company, which started its activities with a milk processing capacity of 30 tons per day, is white cheese. The investments it has made so far have increased its daily milk processing capacity to 350 tons.

The company, which produces more than a hundred products with different packaging and features with more than thirty types of dairy products, has always adopted the principle of providing the best service to its customers. The products are meticulously controlled at all stages, from the entrance of the milk to the production, storage, sale and finally delivery to the customer. In addition, it is manufactured in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex Regulation by applying Integrated Management Systems in production. It improves its product range to adapt to changing market conditions.

Export

İtimat Süt, which started off by opening retail stores in the Marmara Region domestically, has also made significant strides in exports in the last five years. At the same time The company became the seventh company with the highest sales in 2008 and fourth in 2009 among the milk and dairy products exporter companies in Turkey. It also continues to export to countries such as Iraq, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Based on the principle from field to table, İtimat Süt conducts studies aimed at animal welfare and producing healthy raw milk, and pays attention to quality at every stage of production.
