İzocam started to produce expanded polystyrene (EPS) under the İzopor brand in its facility established in Gebze in 1982.

Capacity

Total capacity is 6,000 tons/year. Izocam, which started extruded polystyrene (XPS) production with a capacity of 90,000 m3 per year under the Foamboard brand in its facilities in Gebze in 1995, today has an installed production capacity of 720,000 m3/year in total, including 560,000 m3/year in Gebkim Facilities and 160,000 m3/year in Tarsus Facilities. is the leader with.

In 2000, the production of Izocamflex brand elastomeric rubber foam products started in the Eskişehir facility with a capacity of 500 tons/year. The current capacity of the facility is 4,500 tons/year. İzocam's Eskişehir facilities also produce İzocam Peflex brand polyethylene insulation products with a capacity of 700 tons/year.

In Tekiz Facilities, which was established within the Koç Group in 1966 and incorporated into İzocam in 2005, Stone Wool Panels, Trapezoidal and Polyurethane Panel roof - facade coverings, and Cold Storage Panel products are produced in various features, desired colors, and paint types under the İzocam Tekiz brand. Tekiz Facility has an annual processing capacity of 4,000,000 m2 panels and 3,000,0000 m2 sheet metal. It has been entitled to receive fire resistance certificates in many areas with the Tekiz products it has developed. Tekiz Rockwool Insulated Panel has a 60-minute fire resistance (Eİ60) certificate in integrity and insulation criteria, and a fire resistance panel certificate (E120) in integrity criteria. In addition, the 10 cm thick Stonewool Roof Panel has a 120-minute fire resistance (REI120) panel certificate in terms of transport, integrity, and insulation criteria.

Quality of the İzocam
