Ersu is a juice producer company in Turkey. It is one of Turkey's largest integrated facilities. It is capable of processing all types of fruit in Turkey. The company produces concentrate and pulp from these fruits. It fills the fruits as fruit juice, and stores the product by freezing in cold air.

Production Capacity

Today, it become a fully integrated firm with 200,000 m2 open space, 40,000 m2 closed space. In these places, it has 200,000 tons of fruit and vegetable processing per year. For further, it has 50 million litres of fruit juice per year. In its Ereğli and Niğde facilities, it has a fruit juice manufacturing capacity of 50 million litres per year and a plastic barrel packing capacity of 150,000 pieces per year.
