• In order for your return to be made, you must send the product(s) together with its invoice, original box, original packaging and uncut label, along with the accompanying documents and all accessories. Purchased products can be returned and exchanged if stock is available. Following the receipt of your returned product, if no error is detected due to use after examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your account or card. Products for which information is not provided within 14 days after delivery or whose saleability is impaired will not be refunded by citlekci.com.tr.
• In accordance with the Distance Selling Agreement, you can return the products you purchased from its online store within "fourteen" (14) days from the delivery date. It also accepts returns for Food and Cleaning group products within 24 hours. In cases exceeding this period, your refund requests will not be processed.
