OnurColor - Powder Coating

OnurColor provides production, assembly, spare parts and technical services for painting units/equipment, guns, drying/baking ovens and turnkey robotic electrostatic powder coating tape facilities for electrostatic powder coating/painting applications. Electrosatistic powder painting is the process of coating or painting grounded metal surfaces with the magnetic effect gained by micro metal powder paint particles being charged with negative electricity. While the negatively (-) charged paint particles are attracted to the metal surface by magnetic effect, they also repel each other, so they become the natural surface of the metal after baking at 180-200 C° following the homogeneous coating process. It is an environmentally friendly application as paint particles charged with a current of 0.7 mA can adhere to the metal surface at a rate of 98%.

Polymerization of electrostatic powder coating particles ensures that the paint adheres to the surface during the baking/baking process. The resulting new coating shows excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemical effects and impacts. High-tech powder coating materials provide numerous advantages over traditional paints due to color, gloss, texture, durability and ease of application.

Tusa Powder Coating Facilities, which started operating in 2017, decided to establish a solution partnership with OnurColor Group of Companies in 2020, within the framework of its goals of improving its technology and increasing its mass production capacity by reducing production costs. Tusa Powder Painting, which prefers Micron Electrostatic Powder Painting Systems, Cabins, Units and Equipment in its facilities, provides service with an annual painting capacity of 150,000 tons.

Iron and Zinc Phosphate metal surface treatment units, 16 m. long painting cabin with overhead conveyor, 18 m. long conveyor line and 1500 x 1600 x 5200 mm. It has a cooking oven size.
