Oli is a pasta producer in Turkiye. It is part of the Mer Gıda Anonim Şirketi family. The company, whose production area is Flour, Semolina, and Pasta, operates as Mer Gıda Sanayi Anonim Şirketi. It offers the highest quality pasta to its consumers by using the highest quality materials in its production. Oli serves as one of the most modern pasta production facilities in Turkey. In 1990, Mer Gıda Sanayi A.Ş started its activities in Mardin Organized Industrial Zone for the purpose of producing flour, semolina, and pasta. In 1994, it started manufacturing with flour production.
Semolina and Pasta investment, which are the second and third pillars of production, started their work in 1997.
In the 9th month of 1999, it started trial production with the latest technology machines imported from BÜHLER AG, Switzerland.
In the following years, it continued to grow with the machinery imported from BÜHLER AG and tripled its production capacity. It is one of the most modern pasta factories in Turkey in terms of its superior technology. It is the market leader both in its region and in the countries it exports to.
In Mesopotamia, where the world's best quality durum wheat is supplied, it is an industrial establishment where the highest quality pasta of Turkey is produced with its pasta production combined with superior technology.
