The production facility established within the company includes  German SMS Schloemann extrusion, which uses billets in 6000 series ranging from 4" to 10", can produce profiles between 0,060kg / mt and 22kg / mt and maximum 14 mt, fully automatic state-of-the-art 700 Tons-1100 Tons-1600 Tons-3500 Tons lines. It has an average production capacity of 24,000 tons per year. The anodizing line within its own production makes black, bronze, yellow, brown tones up to 7 meters on average, applying satin, polishing, sandblasting surface effects. The facility, which has a Qualanod certificate, produces an average of 12,000 tons per year. Besides, precision mold manufacturing is carried out in the company's molding shop with CNC Machining Centers, Wire Erosion, Plunge Erosion, CNC Lathe, CNC Milling and CAD / CAM systems.
