Production

- Production continues with online ultrasonic test control in the diameter range of 8” - 96” (219.1 - 2438.4 mm) and wall thickness of 2.0-20.0 mm with 3 independent machines in the Spiral Welded Pipe production line. It has an annual pipe production capacity of 25,000 tons with materials of different qualities, such as Gr.A,Gr.B,235,275,355,X52,X65. Likewise, GH series raw material used at high temperatures is readily available.

- Production is made in the Polyethylene Pipe production line (HDPE 100) for pressures between 50 mm and 250 mm diameters, PN 4 to PN 32, including the sheathed pipe. The pipes can also deliver PE fittings (elbow, tee, reduction, etc.) for these diameters.

- Concrete, primer, varnish, solvent-free epoxy, coal tar epoxy, powder epoxy (FBE), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyurethane (PU) coatings on the inner and/or outer surfaces of steel pipes in line with customer demands in the Pipe Coatings production line is implemented.
