Recycled Polyester Fiber Producer - Gama

Gama is a recycled polyester fiber producer. It started its activities in 1997 with a monthly production capacity of 80 tons. Today, it produces 100 tons of regenerated fiber and regenerated yarn per day. Thus, it has reached the world's largest integrated regenerated yarn production capacity. It is also Turkey's largest recycle polyester fiber producer, with 50 tons of recycling polyester fiber daily.

Gama İplik carries out production in a total of 3 factories, 2 in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone and 1 in Düzce (Gümüşova) Organized Industrial Zone. It has a total area of ​​65,000m2.

Recycled Polyester Fiber Production

The company separates the PET bottles that come in bales, supplied from the country and abroad, by optical separators. It then recycles the flakes obtained from washing and the waste fabric, textile, and apparel wastes and obtains granules (PETCips). It mixes at different rates according to the product type and produces recycled polyester fiber. The products sold to countries such as Turkey, France, England, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece, and the USA.

These fibers produced with Solid, Hollow, Silicone, Silica, Hydrophilic, Hygienic, Hydrophobic, Anti-bacterial, FR (late flaming) finishes according to their usage areas.

Regenerate Fiber Production

It was established in Düzce, Gümüşova Organized Industrial Zone, four units of 1.5m. The recycled polyester fiber producer has a production capacity of approximately 100 tons of regenerated fiber per day with a wide (shifanose) opening machine. All of the production  used in the production of yarn within its structure. Production carried out by collecting the wastes generated during garments and other textiles and classifying them according to color and fiber types.

Regenerate Yarn Production

It produces a total capacity of 100 tons per day, 65 tons per day in our Düzce factory, and 35 tons per day in our Gaziantep factory.

It  also produces ecru and colored regenerated yarns between Ne1/1 and Ne20/1. Since these yarns are 100% recyclable, they come to the fore in terms of environmental sensitivity.

The recycled polyester fiber producer sells 65% of its products domestically and 35% abroad. It sells to many countries in different geographies. Such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Macedonia, England, Germany, Tunisia, USA, Colombia.
