Şener Oto is an automotive spare parts manufacturer in Turkey. The company was established in Elazığ in 1974, with the initiative of Fazlı Şener, as a retailer of spare parts for Ford automobiles, under the name Oto Şener. A short time later, in 1976, Oto Şener decided to move to the Aksaray region of İstanbul. Moreover, within 13 years, it gained an important place in the Ford and Anadol vehicle spare parts market in İstanbul.

Increasing its target by adding wholesale spare parts distribution to its retail sales in 1989, the company started to send spare parts to many cities outside of İstanbul. Oto Şener took the name Şener Oto Yedek Parça San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 1995. Furthermore, it continued its activities with two branches in the field of Wholesale and Retail. Further, the company moved its wholesale distribution center to İkitelli Organized Industry in 2000. Besides, it has taken important steps towards increasing its business volume; by adding important dealerships and distributorships to its structure.

Continuing its growth by adding Peugeot and Citroen vehicle spare parts to its product range in 2005 and distributing to every part of Turkey, Şener Oto started to export its products abroad in parallel. Furthermore, Şener Oto A.Ş. moved its headquarters from İkitelli to Esenyurt in 2009. Also, it started to work to provide the best service to its customers; in its modern offices and warehouse in a 15.000 m2 closed area.

Further, the company realized Ford Otosan authorized spare parts dealership under the name Makro Otomobil Sistemleri San ve Tic. A.Ş. Besides, it established Tunç Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2017. Also, it started to supply spare parts in the heavy vehicle group. The company exports to 81 provinces of Turkey and 20 countries, with its headquarters and branches in Istanbul, 200 office-warehouse employees and 20 sales representatives, including Ford, Peugeot, Citroen, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Japanese-Korean passenger cars, light commercial and heavy vehicles. It continues to serve every point of Turkey in commercial vehicle groups.
